Paul is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vantage Services, bringing over two decades of experience across corporate services, commercial banking and strategic business development in the UK and the Middle East.
Before founding Vantage, Paul was Director of Entity, Governance & Compliance within PwC Middle East’s Tax & Legal Services practice. He led teams across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, supporting multinational organisations, investors and family offices with entity structuring, governance, compliance and regulatory transformation. During his time at PwC, he contributed to the growth and development of both the wider Legal practice and the Entity, Governance & Compliance business.
Paul previously served as Managing Director of Sovereign Saudi Arabia and Head of New Market Development - Corporate & Advisory for Sovereign Middle East. In these roles, he developed and delivered market-entry strategies and expansion programmes for clients operating across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Earlier in his career, Paul spent more than a decade with Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group in commercial and corporate banking. He managed high-value restructuring portfolios and was selected for Lloyds’ Leaders of the Future programme in recognition of his contribution.
A long-term resident of the Middle East, Paul has advised and supported hundreds of clients - from early-stage businesses to multinational groups - on market-entry, operational development and sustainable regional growth.
